  • What a memorable Anniversary we had! Since the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and since was still a bit early to get into the dinning room, we were invited to tour the premises, which led us to the different rooms that are decorated with good taste, preserving the original charm of the Mansion There are frames throughout the rooms and halls that help appreciate the story behind this beautiful place, and interesting details from the family who first owned it Now when time came to step into the dinning room the very nice staff led us to our table by the window with an awesome view of the Valley and a special treat at the table in celebration of our Anniversary, best of all is that we get to keep it and enjoy it every time we look at it Then time to delight our taste buds came Fruit, pastries & desserts, coffee, juice, the main dishes, everything was very tasty! Servers were patient and kind at all times Then by the time we left , we were gifted a beautiful river rock with flowers painted on it, very beautiful!. A special treat made by one of the owners herself, very kind! Thank You All for making our Anniversary very special!

  • I celebrated my birthday there yesterday with nine of my friends, and while the scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the overall experience had some ups and downs. The complimentary valet service was a nice touch, and both of our tables had stunning views overlooking Phoenix. We were there for brunch, which costs $79 per person (before tax and gratuity). The meal started with pastries and a bowl of fruit, followed by a visit to the dessert room where you can choose your waffle size—whole, half, or quarter—and have it made fresh for you. I loved that option since I couldn’t finish a full waffle. After that, our server brought out bacon, sausage, salad, and potatoes for the table. However, the portions were surprisingly small—six people shared just five pieces of bacon and four sausages, leaving one person without any bacon. The potatoes were hard as a rock, and both the salad and potatoes were served in bowls meant for one person, not a group of six. I initially thought sides like the bacon, sausage, potatoes, and pastries were unlimited, but they weren’t. I ordered the salmon, which was delicious and cooked perfectly, but it came by itself with no side dish—just a small piece of salmon in lemon sauce. A few of my friends ordered the ribeye steak with eggs, but several mentioned their steaks were overcooked (they requested medium but received well done) and tough to chew. Dessert was served in a separate buffet-style room, but unfortunately, some of the desserts seemed left over from Halloween on Friday—it was Sunday when we visited—so a few items tasted stale. Our server, Cecilia, was very sweet and kind, but service was inconsistent. She took my table’s drink and entrée orders right away, but the second table only got their drink orders taken and had to wait a long time before placing their entrée orders. Toward the end, Cecilia brought the second table’s bill but never gave ours. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked for our check again, and it took another 20 minutes to receive it, plus an additional 15–20 minutes to cash out. While we were still waiting for our bill, the manager—who had dreadlocks—came by and, in so many words, implied that we needed to leave because they were turning over for the evening. We couldn’t leave since we were still waiting to pay, but the approach felt dismissive and unprofessional. To the manager: Please take time to understand what’s going on with your servers before assuming guests are lingering without reason. Communication and awareness can go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Overall, the view and ambiance were incredible, but the food and service didn’t justify the $100+ price tag. You’re definitely paying for the scenery more than the meal. Update: The manager, Mike, personally called me to hear my feedback about Sunday. He was very easy to talk to, explained some of the background behind what happened, and offered a sincere apology. It was clear that he truly cares about his customers. I would definitely give them another try in the future.

  • What a phenomenal experience. The food was divine (get the branzino with the mashed potatoes!), but the service is what truly stands out. Every single staff member, from the valet on, was flawless. The biggest shout-out goes to our amazing sommelier who made our night unforgettable by giving us a tour of the wine cellar. A perfect spot for an anniversary or celebration. We will be back!

  • Spectacular restaurant. The historic mansion makes it a one of a kind setting for such a delicious and memorable culinary experience. The food was incredible, everything tasted fresh, the flavor profiles of the branzino wow'd me. The desserts were a decadent end note. Everything we ate was memorable and delicious. The service was equally outstanding, everyone was both professional and friendly making this such a special, one of a kind experience.

  • Very nice spot to eat at. Bar on site too. We sat special right at a window with amazing views. We tried the scallops. It was a small portion, only 2, but perfectly cooked and delicious. Main course we ordered the prime filet mignon and it was cooked perfect throughout. For sides we tried the mushrooms and they are my new favorite from any restaurant, and mashed potatoes. This restaurant offers unmatchable views overlooking most of the valley. Plan your meal with the sunset to have an even better view. Service was excellent, very attentive, and detail oriented. Celebrated our anniversary and was given a special anniversary gift. Very memorable and will return again. We did the tour of the Wrigley mansion before dinner which offered lots of history about the property and fun facts. Definitely recommended if you love historical properties.

  • Sarah was an amazing tour guide! She made the history of the Wrigley Mansion so interesting and fun her voice and storytelling make you want to listen to every detail. She even surprised me with a special hand-painted rock for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend booking a tour with her!

  • I’m going to have to say that the atmosphere, the history, and the service definitely carries this place. I have dined in some of the finest places in the world I have paid pretty penny for it. But make no mistake that I have paid good money for the food. This place had amazing service and of course the Wrigley mansion is iconic but most definitely lacking in that exquisite flavor department. I felt as if they were making the same dish for absolutely everyone instead of making it an exquisite and individual experience for each guest. There was no thought invested into the presentation of the dish. Usually an upscale chef tries to place his personal signature on the dishes that are presented. The Crab Cappelleti was hard around the edges, and I was never given a choice of how I wanted my Prime Rib cooked. The cocktails were spot on I must say. The view was absolutely stunning, of course, the history of the mansion reveals itself as you do your self-guided tour. Overall the evening was very pleasant and enjoyable.
